What is The Loved up Co?

The Loved Up Co is a date night company that helps make date night fun, different and unmissable. Every box we ship is filled with unique and spontaneous date night items and activities that are focused on bringing more romance and laughter into your lives, while at the same time strengthening your relationship.
What comes in each box?

Each box includes 2-3 date night activities, something to eat, something to drink, and (almost) all the items you will need for your date including a playlist and candle to match the vibe. Each date has a specific theme.
Are the date kits PG-rated?

Mostly! Whilst you won't find any sex toys or tips and tricks for the bedroom you will find a cocktail recipe and the odd cheeky question to find out more about each other. What happens after is up to you. Ps. Our after dark date kit is not PG-rated. This one is adults only and not included in any subscription offers.
Where do you ship from?

We’re located in Melbourne, VIC Australia!
When is the order cut off for orders to be shipped?

Our members dates are shipping at the start of the following months: Feb May August November The cut off is the month prior.
How long will it take my order to arrive?

It depends where you live! Within Australia: Typically between 2-3 business days.
How much is shipping (Domestic)?

For our Loved Up Club members shipping is FREE. Not a member? Shipping is a flat rate of $9 for our date night kits. Check out our shop for shipping costs on other items.
Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

We can't believe you'd want to cancel. Shoot us an email at hello@thelovedupco.com with your order details and we will try to help you out! However as per our terms and conditions once you commit to a membership you're unable to cancel until the term period is complete.
What if I put my address in wrong?

We get it - we’ve *totally* been there before. Send us an email - hello@thelovedupco.com and we’ll make the changes for your postage. Again, if it’s already been shipped, we can’t magically make it come back to us, so be quick to let us know.
Does my gift box come with a card or note in each box?

You bet it does! We have a sweet little thank you note included in every single date kit order - and we even give you the option to include a sweet, handwritten message of your own. #Welovelove
